After nearly two years away from training our league members are busy getting back into the swing of training at our new home at Hele’s School. As we’re getting settled in we are delighted to announce our eagerly awaited rookie intake program!
We have two taster sessions coming up on Monday 14th and 21st February and the full course will start on Monday 14th March. Rookie course sessions will be every Monday 7.30-9.30pm at Hele’s School Sports Hall and we will teach you everything you need to know to play roller derby. The taster sessions are £7.50 each for two hours’ skating and the full rookie course is £50. No experience is necessary and we can lend you skates and safety gear initially while you decide whether this is the sport for you!
